Ingredients
6 large eggs
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ bag fresh Spinach
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic power
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ cup heavy cream
1 cup of cheese
1 small package of cherry tomatoes
You can also add vegetables
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix eggs with pepper, salt, garlic, onion powder, heavy cream, cheese and spinach
3. Pour mixture into non-stick buttered pan
4. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)
5. Cook egg mixture on stove top for about 1 minute over low heat
6. Place pan in oven
7. Let bake until eggs are solid, but not over cooked for about 5 minutes
8. When done place on plate and cut into wedges
9. Top with sour cream, or drizzle with honey or syrup. (optional)
