Ingredients
Serves 4
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts or bone in
2 Green Onions (optional)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar (dark)
1/2 cup ketchup
Olive Oil
Roasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Roasted Garlic Pepper (

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 table spoons of granulated or raw sugar
4 tablespoons of Garlic Chili Sauce or minced Jalapeno pepper
1 cup of Basmati Rice, Jazmin or your choice
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
Chicken
3 chicken breasts cut into small chicken nugget sizes and seasoned with Roasted Garlic Pepper (optional).
1. Beat egg in a bowl
2. Add flour in a separate bowl
3. Add corn starch in another bowl
4. Season the cut up chicken to your liking
5. Add the chicken to the flour
6. Add the chicken to the beaten egg
7. Add the chicken to the corn starch
8. Repeat the process and cook the chicken until it's golden brown, but not over cooked.
Sauce
1. Add the ingredients: honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar,
granulated sugar, garlic chili sauce, in a bowl and mix
2. Add the sauce to the pan. (If there are burnt chicken ruminants remove them)
3. Add the cooked chicken and stir under medium heat
Make a Slurry
Mix 1 tablespoon of corn starch and 1 tablespoon of cold water
Add mix to sauce
Basmati Rice or your choice
Follow package instructions.
Cut green onions and garnish finished dish along with roasted sesame seeds
